We offer WordPress development, customization, SEO, and related digital services. The scope of work, deadlines, and deliverables for each project will be defined in a separate agreement between you (the “Client”) and MicroSitesHub. Any changes to the project scope must be requested in writing and may incur additional fees.
– Invoicing: We will provide invoices for services rendered based on the agreed-upon pricing and payment schedule.
– Payment Due Dates: Payments must be made by the due date specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in a suspension of services.
– Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
– Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information required for the execution of the services, including login credentials, website details, and design preferences.
– Content and Materials: You will provide all necessary content, images, and materials required for the project. If any content is delayed, we reserve the right to adjust the project timeline.
– Third-Party Integrations: If your project requires third-party plugins or services, you are responsible for any associated fees and licenses. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party tools.
– Ownership of Work: Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final deliverables created specifically for you. However, we reserve the right to use non-sensitive materials for promotional purposes, such as in our portfolio.
– Pre-Existing Assets: Any pre-existing plugins, themes, or code that we use during the development process remain the property of their original creators. You are granted a license to use them in accordance with their terms.
We offer 5 rounds of revisions as part of the agreed project scope. Any additional revisions or modifications outside the scope will be billed separately at an hourly rate of $10 USD.
– Client-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel the project at any time by providing written notice. In such cases, you will be responsible for paying for any work completed up to the cancellation date.
– Agency-Initiated Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in unlawful or unethical behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.
– No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as increased traffic, sales, or improved search engine rankings. Results may vary based on various factors beyond our control.
– Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or the inability to use them. Our total liability for any claims related to our services will be limited to the amount you have paid to us.
We will maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information or data shared with us during the course of the project. Likewise, you agree not to disclose our proprietary methods, processes, or pricing to third parties without prior consent.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria, Australia.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
